Pay privately. Prove everything.
TSP-2, the Tenrai Stealth Payment, hides how much you send and to which address. A zero-knowledge proof shows the network that every payment adds up, without revealing a single amount or the recipient. Post-quantum from end to end, and light enough for every node.
2,097,152
Reusable cells
A fixed set of cells holds every stealth note. Spent cells are cleared and used again.
8 GiB
Fixed upper limit
All cells together never grow past this, however many payments pass through them.
×10
Minimum fee
A stealth payment carries a proof and pays at least ten times the normal fee.
50 %
Of every stealth fee burned
Half leaves the supply for good. The other half goes to miners and stakers.
How it works
- 1
Step in
Move TRAI from your normal balance into a stealth note. It is still the same TRAI, but the amount is now sealed.
- 2
Pay privately
Send from stealth notes to stealth notes. A zero-knowledge proof shows that what goes in equals what comes out plus the fee, and keeps every amount hidden.
- 3
Recover anytime
Each note carries its own encrypted capsule that only your recovery phrase opens. Your wallet finds every note again, even years later, without any transaction history.
- 4
Step out
Return to a public balance whenever you like. The way out always fits, even when every cell is taken.
Cells: why TSP-2 stays light
Most privacy systems remember every coin that was ever spent, in a list that grows forever. TSP-2 works differently. Each stealth note lives in one of 2,097,152 cells. When the note is spent, its cell is cleared and the cell's generation counter goes up by one, so the old note can never be spent again. The next payment simply reuses the cell.
Light for every node
Prunes like a normal chain
Old stealth transactions and their proofs can be deleted once they are settled. A pruned node keeps the cells in use, and that is all a wallet needs to recover.
Small and predictable
Nodes store only the cells in use and never load the whole arena into memory. All cells together stay below 8 GiB.
Does not grow with traffic
A spent note leaves no permanent record behind. Storage depends on the cells in use, not on how many payments have passed through them.
Fees that strengthen TRAI
A stealth payment carries a heavy proof, so it pays at least ten times the normal fee for its size. Exactly half of every stealth fee is burned, a quarter goes to miners and a quarter to stakers. The more TSP-2 is used, the more TRAI leaves the supply.
Opening a new cell costs 0.1 TRAI, multiplied by how full the cells are: ×1 while less than 30 % are in use, then rising step by step to ×34 above 90 %. Payments that reuse their cells pay no cell charge at all. That keeps the cells free for real use.
Post-quantum from end to end
Spending keys use ML-DSA, every note is sealed with ML-KEM and AES-256, and each payment comes with a post-quantum zero-knowledge proof. The same standards that protect every Tenrai address protect your private payments.
How Tenrai stays quantum-safeGood to know
Your choice
Stealth is optional. Public payments work as before, and both use the same TRAI.
What stays private
Amounts and the recipient's address never appear on chain. The network sees that a payment happened and which cells it used.
No dust
A stealth note holds at least 10 TRAI, so the cells stay free for real payments.
Privacy that pays back
Every stealth payment burns TRAI and rewards the miners and stakers who keep it running.
