Mainnet launch
Final reviews of the node, the wallets and the mining software, public seed nodes, then the start of the network.

Downloads of the Tenrai Miner, the stratum bridge, the desktop app, the CLI wallet with its daemon and the reference pool, together with the open-source code and the SDK.
Ways to mineComing updates
The testnet runs ahead of mainnet and shows where it is heading. Updates prove themselves there under load first, then switch on for mainnet at a fixed height, without a new chain.
Twice the block rate
The testnet produces 100 blocks per second and takes bursts of 200, twice the rate mainnet starts with.
Speeds on every network1,000 transactions per second
Steady throughput of 1,000 transactions per second on the testnet, with bursts to 2,000.
Final in about 3 seconds
Validators sign a cut every 1.5 seconds instead of 2.5, so payments become final sooner.
